Ownership: We retain ownership of our software, training materials, and intellectual property.
License: You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services.

Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) under the Data Protection Act 2018 & Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) under EU Governing Laws.
